Staff/Qualifications
IRM's staff are all professional foresters with a minimum of a 4-year degree in forestry or natural resources field and a countless number of post-school project experiences. Our project managers are Master degreed foresters in the specialties of Forest Management, Forest Silviculture, and Forest Biometrics, with over 40 years of combined forestry experience.
IRM also maintains a full-time Registered Practicing Forester with the State of California, and has undergone third-party certification through SmartWood, to ensure our planning and field practices are maintained at the highest of standards.
When expertise in hydrology, botany, fisheries, wildlife biology, and soils is required, we work closely with our team of associates.
