The TDS RangerTM is a rugged handheld computer from Tripod Data Systems. Like the pioneering original, it combines a Windows® operating system, an ergonomic keypad and military-grade durability. The TDS RangerTM comes in two models: the economical 300X and the powerful 500X. Windows MobileTM software for Pocket PCs runs thousands of applications on the TDS RangerTM. New wireless capabilities enables you to connect your TDS RangerTM without cables. And with its new CompactFlash and Secure Digital slots, you can add multiple accessories and increase data storage. All of which makes the TDS RangerTM first in its field - again.
The TDS RangerTM can be counted on in the roughest of conditions. The Ranger meets rigorous military standards for drops, vibration, humidity, altitude, and extreme temperatures. The TDS RangerTM is impervious to water and dust, therefore keeping your data safe.
The TDS RangerTM now gives you the option to stay connected while leaving those bulky cables behind. The Ranger may be integrated with Bluetooth and 802.11 wireless. You can also use the TDS RangerTM's two CampactFlash slots to add GPS, GPRS, digital cameras, bar-code scanners, and other CompactFlash devices. Using the new Secure Digital slot, you can add storage without sacrificing a CompactFlash slot. You can count on the TDS RangerTM to keep your data safe with a CompactFlash-CapTM that's sealed to keep out water, dirt, and dust.
